Willy Paul throws shade over Kenyan Reality TV Shows

Kenyan Gospel Artist Willy Paul has thrown shade over the Kenyan Reality TV shows. The Singer says that Kenyans need to learn  the difference between a reality show and  a scripted program.

Willy Paul was  speaking to Kiss 100 when he gave an update of his  coming soon reality TV show.

Last year, Willy Paul had announced that he will have his own show and he says it will take time because he is planning to make it different.

Currently the popular reality  Tv shows are Being Bahati and  the Dating Show hosted by Vera Sidika dubbed Mr Right.

When asked to give the example of shows that do not meet the standards, Willy Paul says that he does not watch TV and clearly maybe it was a way of escaping the question.

Last year, in the teaser video  he posted, Willy Paul said that the show will be about money and drama and as he captioned it, the show with touch on music as well as God who he says is above everything.

” I know most of you have been wondering, Pozee ni nini mara drama, mara pesa.. you know it is all about money and drama so ni hivi, coming soon my reality show, the Pozee way, mtashangaa..!!” he says

Fans reacted saying that Willy Paul is just being a copy cat and cannot think of other creative things to do. Kenyans feel that Willy Paul wants to go head to head with Singer Bahati who launched his reality TV show which is currently being aired on one of the local TV stations.

Willy Paul however says that this show will not be scripted and has ruled out that his announcement was simply a PR stunt
