Why having more sex could make you sleep well, like a baby

 

If you constantly fall into troubled sleep, increase your sex. A new study has shown that having sex improves the sleep quality.

The study seemed to reinforce the slag ‘Bedroom is for sex and sleep’ but many people across the globe seem to be in a problem of perfecting either.

The study also suggests that both sex and sleep are mutually dependant as perfection of one leads to ease of the other.

The study has revealed that millennials are the victims of troubled sex and sleep which was distanced from addiction to pornography or extended working.

Failing to sleep well in the night has been found to take away the sex drive and libido and suppressing one’s motivation to sex.

If a satisfactory sex occurs, the study suggests that relaxation hormones such as dopamine are released which encourages sleepiness.

Also, from a study conducted in 2017, 60 percent of the respondents reported positive sleep results after having a ‘satisfactory sex’.

Having a good sleep as well can lead to an improved performance in sex, the study continued.

The study recommended at least seven hours of sleep to have a ‘blastful morning glory’.
