The general is coming!Miguna Miguna reveals return date to Kenya

The self proclaimed NRM General lawyer Miguna Miguna is set to return to  Kenya.

In a tweet, Miguna said that he will return to Kenya in the month of April adding  that his return will be in line with Court Orders given by the High Court.

“Pursuant to rights vested upon me by God, my mother, the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, all applicable laws and ORDERS issued by Justices Mwita, Kimaru, Odunga, Aburili and Wakiaga, I hereby announce that I will return in April, 2019 on a date to be announced. #PayNursesKE,” read Miguna Miguna’s tweet.

His announcement comes barely three months after High Court Judge, Justice Chacha Mwita ruled that Miguna was a Kenyan and his birthright was not affected by him having a Canadian passport.

The court ruled that his rights were violated when the state deported him and awarded the National Resistance Movement (NRM) leader a Sh7 million compensation.

Miguna Miguna was deported for the second time in March 2018 despite court orders directing the government to release him from where he was detained at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and allow him to enter the country.

He was first deported in February 2018 after he was arrested and detained for several days for the mock swearing in of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, as the People’s President of the Republic of Kenya.
