As activists burn with rage over disappearance of Caroline Mwatha Ochieng, sources privy to inside details point to police.
The activists have put police on the spot over her disappearance.
In Dandora, the missing activist has been involved in condemning killing of robbery suspects by police.
Caroline Mwatha was based in Dandora Community Social Justice Centre, a rights activist group that condemn extra-judicial killings by police. She is the founding member of the Centre

A while ago, a coordinator at the centre Wilfred Olal had described a cold relationship between the centre and the police.
At the Centre headquarters based in Dandora Phase 2, fellow activists lit candles as they hoped for her safe return.

Mwatha is reported to have been seen last on 6th February taking her daughter to school but she never came returned home.
It is reported that Mwatha has been documenting cases extra-judicial killings by police which would expose rogue officers.
Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko offered a cash reward of Sh300,000 to anyone who would give important information about her whereabouts.
