The Deputy President William Ruto has been on the receiving end for quite sometime now. Most people have accused him of the cause of the political heat which is currently being experienced in the country.
Despite DP Ruto sending a warning to other politicians who are using his name to gain their selfish political mileage to stop, that time has not yet come.
His name has been dragged in each and every situation in the country. In fact even the sale of Newspaper is tagged with how well his story is brought out through the front page.
But his ally Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has said enough is enough. The senator has grown weary on the different plots which are being engineered to stop DP Ruto from ascending to power.
The Stop Ruto movement was kick started by the former Jubilee Vice Chair David Murathe after his exit from the party.
The same sentiments were echoed by Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho. Joho said that Hon Raila Odinga instructed them to stop Ruto from ascending to power come 2022.
Other legislatures are pushing for a referendum in order to make DP Ruto fail to the head of state come 2022. But will their plans succeed?
Kipchumba Murkomen has said that his allies are not going to take a back seat and watch as all those plans continue gaining momentum.

He has promised to launch a rejoinder to counter-attack the plans.
