has been thwarted by a Nairobi court.

Anti-Corruption Division Judge Hedwig Ong’undi refused to allow Mr. Swazuri to call or address any meeting before his retirement not that the “court cannot supervise NLC matters”

Swazuri had argued that it was prudent for him to address a meeting before his exit next due on Tuesday when his term comes to an end.

According to the judge, when Swazuri was released on bail, the terms bound him not to interfere with prosecution witnesses lined up to testify against him  in a graft case he is facing.

It is alledged that a good number of his juniors that he intends to address are witnesses in the case and allowing him to address them may cause seroius interference with prosecution witnesses
