Paul Scholes became the latest student of former Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson to enter the coaching fray after the former midfielder was named as the new man to take charge of Oldham Athletic.

The current United manager and a Fergie boy, the Norwegian have had stints with Premier League side Cardiff City where he was roped in after building his reputation in his homeland Norway with Molde.
Bryan Robson
His career started well at Middlesbrough before moving to Bradford City, West Brom, Sheffield United and was last employed as a club manager in 2008. The 62-year-old led Thailand between 2009 and 2011.
Paul Ince
Started his coaching careers as a player-coach at Swindon Town before going to Macclesfield Town, MK Dons, Blackburn Rovers, Notts County, and Blackpool.
