Police brutality in Kenya has been rampant and shows no sign of ending soon.
The demise of the late Tabitha Muthoni Mwangi was saddening that took JKUAT students to streets for a peaceful demonstration.
Four students are seen walking around the school when a police officer who is taking some food summoned them. The police officer then kicks and slaps the unarmed student. This caused an uproar in social media just three days after Sophie Njeri filmed traffic officers assaulting a civilian.
Tabitha was stabbed in the neck after a tussle with her killers and was pronounced dead on arrival at a hospital in Juja, Kiambu county.
The students are now asking for government support in investigations and justice to the slain Muthoni.
