According to a news site, an anonymus source revealed to them Zindzi Kibiku would be joining the SK Macharia owned Media house days after parting with KTN.
Well on Saturday, she addressed reports that she was set to join Citizen TV.
According to various Kenyan media outlets, the soft-spoken anchor was reportedly preparing to replace ex-anchor Joey Muthengi at the Denis Pritt-based media house.
In an exclusive phone call with journalists, Kibiku rubbished the claims revealing that they were not true.
When asked about her plans after ditching Standard Media Group, she curtly answered, “I have no other plans as of now.”
On January 31st, Ms Kibiku who used to host Morning Express alongside Mike Gitonga, announced her exit from KTN after a joining the media house in 2015. She joined the media house as an Intern and grew to the rank of a news anchor along the way..
