The ailing boxer Conjestina Achieng has come out to speak of her plans after she fully recovers. The boxer who is currently in Kwale for a rehabilitation program has expressed her interests to return to the boxing ring.
The world champion was rescued last month by Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Somko after a video of her borrowing in the streets surfaced online.
Mike Sonko through his Sonko Rescue team airlifted the boxer to Nairobi and paid for his treatment. The governor also promised to offer her a job after she has fully recovered.

But Conjestina who is currently responding well to treatment is determined to get back in the boxing ring and continue with his legacy.
She was suffering from mental illness but through Sonko’s intervention Conjestina is regaining her senses ready to join the fellow boxer Fatuma Zarika.
