Police have launched investigations to unravel how three workers contracted by Musalia mudavadi in his Karen home died.Seven of the workers including his caretaker are said to have boiled herbs and drank leading to the death of three.The others were treated and discharged.
The three who died are Mudavadi’s caretaker and employees of the contractor on site.
Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi said he was out of the country during the incident.
On Thursday, 7 workers on a construction project in which I’ve partnered drunk an unknown concoction. Sadly 3 lost their lives but 4 have been discharged. The matter has been reported to the police for further investigation.

The three were pronounced dead while receiving treatment at Karen Hospital and St Odillas Dispensary while four others were discharged are being monitored.The source of the herbs is still unknown.
