Liverpool Youngster Heads For Anfield Exit As Reds Deny Big Bid

Just a couple of days left now until the January transfer window closes.

The desperation is growing and the phone calls are getting more frantic from Premier League bosses, club directors, agents and players.

Liverpool outcast Lazar Markovic could leave Anfield this January with several clubs keen on his signature.

Markovic was bought in the summer Liverpool sold Luis Suarez, where Mario Balotelli also came to Anfield

He has had loan spells at Fenerbahce, Sporting Lisbon, Hull City and Anderlecht as he’s looked to revive his failing career.

Markovic appeared set for a permanent move to the Belgian club last summer but the deal fell through at the last minute with Anderlecht manager at the time Hein Vanhaezebrouck saying the winger was solely to blame.

However, this is something Markovic disputes.

The £20million flop is out of contract at the end of the season and the Reds are keen to recoup some of the fee paid to sign him.

Besiktas have been linked with a move for the striker, but according to the Liverpool Echo are yet to make an approach.
