DPP Noordin Haji has vowed to work with Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to reclaim all grabbed public property & ensure prosecution of perpetrators.

The UoN land, whose value is estimated at Ksh.2 billion is situated along Galana road, Kilimani had been fraudulently allocated to Aberdares Engineering Contractors Limited.
It was today given back to the university and a title deed also issued with a warning given to land grabbers.
The move to return the land comes a day after EACC repossessed the 4.97 acres property from Aberdare’s Engineering Contractors Limited.
Noordin Haji stated that the endless court battles will be a thing of the past as they will ensure that they carry out speedy investigations to ensure that those found culpable are not only taken to court but prosecuted.
EACC chairman Eliud Wabukala, called upon land grabbers to surrender to the commission so as the nation can be directed towards kicking out of corruption from the country.
