Local TV drama series Papa Shirandula’s actress cum radio host Jackie Nyaminde popularly known as Wilbroda has revealed that she is out of the show.
Wilbroda who plays the loud and eccentric wife of Papa Shirandula, has admitted that she had a misunderstanding with Charles Bukeko in the hit TV show owned by Royal Media Services.
“However, we are still good friends outside here and we even talk,” Wilbroda said.
Adding that, “I just had to take some break mainly because I was going to a new media house and, therefore, there must have been some conflict of interest,” Wilbroda said.
“We left it open and that is why even the show has not announced that Wilbroda left because there is still room for negotiations for me to go back.”
Back when the rumour was rife, Wilbroda directed us to the programme’s management to “shed more light” on her future with Papa Shirandula.
“I chose to concentrate on the good things that are happening in my life,” Wilbroda said.
“Just be sure you will see me on your TV screen, representing a lot of brands that I am part of. Just know there are more good things lined up for me. There are some things that need to be kept under wraps but once they are cooked, I will let the world know.”
