Kush Tracey opens up on her fight with depression

Chat Spot presnter Kush Tracey  came out a few weeks ago declaring that she had changed her ways announcing that she had finally gotten saved.

The announcement that came as a shocker considering that she was a secular musician, Tracey now joined a number of reborn secular artists including Wahu, Size 8, Lady b, Amani among others.

In an exclusive interview the former female rapper revealed the reason as to why she had to make the drastic move in her life confessing that she even fought depression and she would get home and all she felt was sadness.

“I was depressed for a while. Last year I think I hit rock bottom, I was depressed, drained. I was just going through so much, so many emotions at the same time and ilikua inafika mahali ambapo nikiwa mbele ya watu nacheka nasmile mimi ndio ule Kush Tracey, but when I go back home and sit, I’m just so sad. One thing I believe is everyone’s destiny has a place and a time. Mwaka ikianza I was like what am I doing with my life. Ilifika tu mahali emotionally I’m in shambles as in I’m frustrated. My is my foundation and if it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I would have made it this far.”

Tracey has been in the industry for a few years now and we just can’t wait to see what will cook in the studio now that she’s saved.
