Catholic church launches app enabling faithful across the world pray with the Pope

The Catholic church has launched a new online application allowing faithfuls across the world to pray with Pope Francis without necessarily traveling to Vatican City.

Francis launched Catholic’s latest application known as Click to Pray on Sunday, January 20, during a church service at St Peter’s Square in Vatican City.

The app under Catholic’s Worldwide Network of Prayer with the Pope digital platform enables users to know what the Pope is praying for so that they could join him in corporate prayers for issues like world peace and comfort for victims of high magnitude atrocities like terrorism.

“Click to Pray will allow all the faithful to accompany the Pope in a mission for compassion for the world,” read a statement on http://www.clicktopray.org website.
