When was the last time you saw TBF finalist Amos and Josh on stage together?
That could be your last time since the two talented musicians have never disappoint their fans when it comes to producing hit music have parted ways six years after being together.
The bad news was first made public by Josh, who currently goes by the name Manio in an interview on Hot 96 Josh, who just released his first solo project revealed their split was amicable and that they will still work together in future as ”Amos and Josh”.
According to Josh, the decision to go separate ways came about because Amos wanted to focus on gospel music while he wanted to do the opposite.
”We are not split per say, its just that Amos wanted to do gospel and I wanted to do any music I felt like, so we gave each other that permission.” Josh said.
“We saw its good also to allow individual expression. Out of what we gather from our individual experiences we can come together and do something bigger. So it’s not really breaking, I do not think Amos and Josh will ever break, we have a whole album.” he added.
Josh said that Amos has gone gospel but the separation will not mean an end to their friendship or collaboration as they will still reconnect in other projects.
