According to sources police raided a house where one of the attackers used to live in Bondeni, Mombasa, on Thursday at 3am. The area is inhabited by a large number of people from the Somali community.
The house was traced by investigators using a records retrieved from the attacker’s mobile phone. The phone was recovered from the car that the gunmen used to access the Dusit Hotel on Tuesday. It seems these terrorists were so stupid to leave such crucial evidence behind.

The suspect is reported to have sneaked from Boni Forest and lived in the house for four months before shifting to Machakos and finally Kiambu. Investigators traced the house using records retrieved from a phone recovered from the car that was used by the gunmen, a police source privy to probe said.
