CS Rashid Echesa has been involved in a number of scandals and sagas ever since he was confirmed as the Cabinet Secretary for Sports, Culture and Heritage. The CS is well known for using abusive language even in the public and is known by many as a bully.
His latest involvement in the entry into the country of some Eight Pakistani women has all but tainted his image even more.
Is the CS having a problem with his personality or is he just ignorant of the code of conduct that he should adhere to as a Cabinet Minister?
One man who apparently went to the same school and attended the same class as the Sports CS has come out to disclose details of the Cs’ behaviour back in the village.
The man only known to us as Ken Kwendo has claimed that Echesa dropped out of school at around Class two and that he is well known in Mumias as a bully and a crook.
“I was raised in Mumias & went to the same school as Rashid. He proudly dropped out at around class 2. He’s been well-known in Mumias as a bully & a crook. My expectations for Echesa being CS were clear: incompetence. It therefore comes as no surprise that he’s trafficking humans,” said Ken Kwendo.
