Nigerian Artist Davido shared his apology to Ugandan fans after he had to cancel the pool party which was scheduled for 30th December before his major New Years Eve concert.
The Singer explained that there was a flight delay and therefore, he could not make it.
“Uganda I had some flight delays tonight and I couldn’t make it but I’ll be there in a few hours. We’re gonna light it up tomorrow at the Pearl of Africa Hotel! Baddest!” he said in a tweet
The pool party as well as the New Years Eve concert was hyped by Zari Hassan who was set to host the 30 billion concert.
The Ugandan BusinessWoman took to social media to publicly announce that she will be one of the hosts during that concert.
Hyping the concert, Zari Hassan said that Uganda was about to get lit and people should be ready to have Davido shut it down as part of the celebrations. This might have not been the case as Zari went on to delete the post.
Sending out hint that something might have went wrong…
Well just a thought but although he missed out on the pool party he still managed to pull a great show on the 31st.
