Woman caught on camera creeping outside Uhuru’s palace

Crawling won’t stop video cameras from recording you, which is a fact that even thieves probably have learned.

When President Kenyatta was speaking on Friday evening during a round table interview with journalists in Mombasa,Kenyans were left making fun online after the cameras caught a woman crawling a few meters behind the Head of State.

In a matter of minutes, the video of woman walking on all fours was turned into memes and became a subject of fun and online debate.

I’m not sure if she understand how cams work, or if she just likes pretending she’s a worm but the  video of the of a woman caught on camera crawling around on the floor in an attempt to avoid detection by the journalists cameras is something that Kenyans could not hold but were left crawling with laughter.

State House spokesperson, Kanze Dena, has nevertheless clarified that the woman was part of her communication team.

“The woman is a member of my team, and, honestly, I won’t reveal her name. I have to protect her from ridicule at all cost,” Kanze was quoted by the eDaily.Image result for crawling on the floor giif

Recounting the incident, Kanze who is also the Head of the President’s Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU) noted that by the time the cameras begun rolling, the woman was on the right side of the President.

“Her positioning was okay until something came up during the interview. I needed her to handle some urgent task,” Kanze noted.

As such, arrangements were made to have her crawl to the left behind Uhuru when the cameras were focused on the journalists.

“Unfortunately, when she was doing that, the cameras resumed focus on the Head of State.

“Though occasional, these things do happen during such fast-paced and multi-camera productions. I am blaming poor timing on the gaffe,” Kanze concluded.
