Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has voiced his admiration for sacked Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho. The Spain Mogul is yet to be impressed with Santiago Solari’s management of the Real Madrid dressing room and he is open to a re union with former coach Mourinho. Jose Mourinho oversaw Real Madrid’s best ever finish to a La Liga season.
Real Madrid board members are still to be convinced by coach Santiago Solari. “At the moment, they are in a state of significant indignation with Solari,” he said. “He could be doing things very well, but I think he is doing things very wrong. They are not getting better and the great anger comes from the CSKA game. Because of the line-up he chose, because of the defeat and for the almost €3m that were lost.”
“It is necessary to say that the spectacle of last Saturday originated from the anger that has been increased.” Jose Mourinho has not had a perfect season at Manchester United either with his defence conceding more goals this season than they did last season.
Perez is yet to forget that Mourinho secured Real Madrid’s 1st league title in 4 years, 1st Copa title in 18 years, and 1st UEFA Champions League semis in 8 years.
