why Ahmednasir risks removal from Roll of Advocates

Just a moment after castigating Chief Justice David Maraga, details have emerged of a plot to remove senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi from the roll of advocates.

On Sunday morning, Ahmednasir had expressed his disappointment in CJ Maraga, exposing the rot about the Judiciary under the watch of Maraga.

The senior counsel argued that he had never practised law before a more “inept”, corrupt, tribal and politically compromised judiciary as is the judiciary is now under CJ Maraga.

“I was admitted to the Bar in 1993 by CJ Hancox and practiced before CJs Cockar, Chesoni, Apaloo, Chunga, Gicheru, Willy and now Maraga. I have never practised before a more inept, corrupt, tribal and politically compromised judiciary as is the judiciary is now under CJ Maraga,” said the lawyer through a post on his official twitter account.

This put him under a hard tussle with another top Lawyer Nelson Havi, who has come out to reveal the details that shows Ahmednasir’s ouster  from roll of advocates.

Havi claims that as per now, there is a pending case on CJ Maraga’s desk, an over 2,000 page 3 volumes petition for the constitution of a Committee to probe and remove Ahmednasir Abdullahi from the Roll of Advocates.

Havi notes that the petition details many documented acts of corruption and misconduct on senior counsel Ahmednasir’s part.

A few days ago, Ahmednasir was also in a hard tussle with Kenyans on twitter who accused him of corruption and hypocrisy after he had secured the release of corruption suspects who included top Kenya Pipeline Company managers.

Do you think the senior counsel will survive if the allegations being made against him are found to be true?
