Diamond’s baby mama risks losing her job

Business woman Zari Hassan risks losing her Ambassadorial Job as the face of Tourism in Uganda.

Reports indicate that the Ugandan Tourism Board of Directors are considering replacing Zari with the new crowned Miss World Africa Quinn Abenakyo.

Quinn Abenakyo was recently crowned as the new Miss World Africa at the Miss World Competition held in China.

According to the Chairman of the Board Daudi Migereko, it’s the right time to use the 22 year old as the Face of Uganda Tourism due to her exemplary performance at Miss World.

“Abenakyo has done us proud, she put up an excellent show and as a country, we are bound to benefit immensely as a result of the publicity Uganda has had by her excellent performance. The Image of the country has been put at a different trajectory, we now need to position ourselves such that the tourism industry benefits from this,” reads a Quote for a local daily in Uganda.

Abenakyo emerged third in the top five category at the Miss World Finals with popular votes.

Migeroko proposal to have Zari replaced and has already received support from the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament Rebecca Kadaga.

“I would like to pledge my support to Quinn (Abenakyo) when she returns. I am excited about the theme she chose; I will support her to propagate that campaign because it is very vital in the sustainable development goals because Teenage pregnancy is on the raise on our society,” said Rebecca Kadaga.

In November, the Ugandan government through its Ministry of tourism appointed as their Ambassador with the task to market its beautiful sceneries to the world.
