Tanzanian Artist Vanessa Mdee has bagged the award of the most stylish female artist of the year in the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards.
Vanessa has won quite a number of awards towards the end of the year and she still has more coming.
The Tanzanian beauty was most deserving of this particular award given that her touch of fashion and unique taste in style out shines many.
Seemingly conscious about the outfits she rocks and in most cases she obviously nails it more. She gives it her best shot.
In this category, her rival artists from Africa included Tiwa Savage, Seyi Shay,Efya and Oteya.
The Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards, also known as the ASFAs, are continental fashion awards presented annually in Uganda by Abryanz Collection to recognize excellence and outstanding achievement in the fashion industry in Uganda and Africa.
Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards were established in 2013 by fashion stylist and proprietor of Abryanz Collection Brian Ahumuza in Uganda. The inaugural event was held at MTN Arena in Lugogo, Kampala, with subsequent events held at the Serena Hotel in Kampala.
The awards started with a focus on Ugandan fashion, and categories for the rest of Africa were added in 2016.
The event took place last night and most of Uganda’s celebrities graced the occasion in stunning outfits.
Not all stunning as some were criticized for their odd style of fashion.
