In the just concluded Mister Africa International contest held in Lagos, Nigeria, Tanzania -top model Calisah floored his rivals and emerged the winner of the beauty pageant that attracted male models across Africa.
Tanzania emerged top in the continent followed closely by; Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon in the top five category.
The 26 years old model beat 21 other delegates to emerge winner. The 7th edition of the pageant recorded its highest number of participants with 22 countries vying for the title.

Sierra Leone ‘s Ibrahim Manasay placed 2nd , Nigeria’s Chukie Ihebuzor placed 3rd and Ghana’s Jason Asare placed 4th with Cameroon’s Makala placing 5th. Botswana’s Jomo and Namibia’s Divoli rounded up the top 7.
other countries that participated : Gulf of Guinea , Guinea Conary , Zimababwe , GB , FR , Chad, Mauritania, Central Africa , South Africa , Benin , Togo , Zambia , Comoros. Mr Fashion and Mr University also joined the contest.
Calisah will travel to different countries on behalf of the Mister Africa International promoting Youth Empowerment through innovation, education and health initiatives . He took over from Rwanda’s Jay De lieu.
Calisah’s win comes weeks after his rumoured relationship with Vera Sidika set tongue wagging when they showed public display of affection weeks after the bootyful socialite broke up with Otile Brown.
Vera even bought Calisah a Mercedes Benz, even though it was later revealed that their love affair and everything they did were just a publicity stunt.
Calisah is also CEO of the largest a sperm donor company in Tanzania.
