Johannesburg International advocacy organisation Global Citizen officially announced on Monday that Beyoncé and Jay-Z will headline the first Global Citizen Festival to be held in Africa, a free-ticketed event on Sunday, 2 December 2018 at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
South Africa gets the best concerts. Im not bitter atall. How can Jay, Beyonce, Ed sheeran, Drake, wizkid, collar, Rihanna, usher ,cassper all be booked for one concert. Meanwhile we get Black Chyna with her dusty ass in Lagos. Im upset pic.twitter.com/M8VOvHr56i

The awaited moment came and as fans enjoyed the concert, Usher has since been trending after performing a South African Dance called ‘gwaragwara’. His moves have been judged as not that correct to the way he should groove.

The December event is the culmination of Global Citizen’s Mandela 100 campaign in partnership with the House of Mandela; a series of global events honoring the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela in his centenary year.
#GlobalCitizenFestivalSA who told Usher that we dance like that, so many things could have been avoided. Simple moves like thuso pala, head vosho etc pic.twitter.com/UYEriEYoWR

Here’s what Usher had to say earlier about being involved in the Festival: “I’m looking forward to partnering with Global Citizen again, this time in South Africa! Celebrating Nelson Mandela’s legacy is an honour, and I can only strive to positively impact as many lives as he has.”
Do you think Usher nailed the ‘gwaragwara’ move or he failed?
