Kenyan socialite cum business woman Huddah Monroe has pissed off a section of her fans after commenting that big ladies are called ‘thick’ to appease their feelings when in actual fact they are just ‘fat’.
She argued that there is a double standard as skinny women are attacked for their bodies while bigger women are praised.

So, What makes me Shook is when people try to body shame women . Especially in this backward society of blacks …. Beautiful Skinny women are always being attacked for having no ass for example and FAT women are called THICK to make it sound sexy and not hurt their feelings, LMFAO!

Everyone is so busy focusing on Fat vs Skinny yet we have just been called a bunch of backward blacks! All of us ..men and women, fat and skinny! SMH ponder over that! If you are fat, you can at least lose the weight. Now what do we do about being black and African?

@_lusivee_ She went too far!!! I am skinny and I get the insults to skinny women coz we don’t have a big booty and the like, but that is no reason to stoop to the body shamers’ level and insult thick women. They are beautiful too
