Image result for ronaldoJuventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo broke another incredible record for the Serie A champions as they maintained their staggering unbeaten league start to the season.

Ronaldo, 33, joined Juve in the off-season for €100 million, the highest ever paid by an Italian club and the highest fee ever paid for a player over the age of 30.

Despite leaving Real Madrid as their club-record scorer and the current holder of the Ballon d’Or, there were still reservations over whether the Portugal captain would be able to replicate the form he produced over the nine iconic years with the 13-time European champions.

But as he’s done over the course of his illustrious career, Ronaldo has once again silenced his detractors by becoming the fastest player in Juventus history to reach 10 goals in a debut season when he netted against S.P.A.L on Saturday evening.

It was Ronaldo’s 16th appearance for the club and in terms of his contribution, the former Manchester United forward has been priceless.

He has not only helped the Biconaneri to their best ever start to a Serie A season but his haul of 10 goals, five assists and ten man of the match honours over the 16 games has proven he remains at the peak of his powers – despite his advancing age.

Cristiano Ronaldo arrived at Juventus with a reputation as one of the most accomplished goalscorers of all time and, as you’d expect, with that comes great expectations.

The Portuguese phenomenon has won the European Golden Shoe four times and finished as the Champions League’s top scorer on seven different occasions.
