forget about Trump’s tactics, here’s Kenya’s new way of containing illegal immigrants

United States of America President Donald Trump is known for being strict of illegal immigrants, but now Kenya hopes to do better that him! You thought he was the best? Kenya has acquired a new tactic of impounding  all illegal immigrants, who may not like the experience.

The Department of Immigration which is led by Gordon Kihalangwa has made a new move that will see a increase in patrols.

The state department has acquired 13 double cabin vehicles to facilitate patrols and other Immigration related services.

This is in a move to boost on the recent crackdown on illegal immigrants in the country.

The departed posted the information about the acquisition of the vehicles on Tuesday afternoon through its official twitter account.

The crackdown on illegal immigrants has seen various countries’ nationals deported.

Early last month, Police  arrested 31 aliens in various operations as the purge on illegal immigrants gathered pace. In the swoop, 25 Sudanese, two Ugandans, two Egyptians and two Nigerians were seized in Uasin Gishu County.

Eldoret East OCPD Richard Omanga said the foreigners were arrested while operating businesses without proper permits.

Another group of 11 aliens had been arrested in the town three days before. “The operation will continue until all illegal immigrants are arrested,” said Omanga while confirming the incident last month.

In August, 19 Nigerians were arrested and later deported for engaging in in electronic fraud. The suspects were arrested in Umoja, Kasarani and Roysambu Estates within Nairobi for engaging in electronic fraud targeting Kenyans. Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti said the suspects target Kenyans especially through the social media before they embark on lying to them.
