Today, Diamond Platinumz donated books and 2 million Tanzanian shillings to a library in Mtwara, Tanzania ahead of his Wasafi Festival scheduled for tomorrow.
He also gave 5 million Tanzanian shillings to 100 needy women in Mtwara.

Recently the Tanzanian star gifted his photographer with a brand new car and in another incident, he funded Hawa Mayoka’s treatment in India.
Diamond Platinumz philanthropic gestures continues to win the hearts of many as he continues to cement his status and brand as one of the badass artists.
Personally I think coming from a humble background plus his personality drives him to have the thirst to help others as he continues to make the big achievements.
You do not rise alone, you rise with the whole village the people who have got your back at all times and this serves as a big lesson.
Together with the Wasafi Tea, Diamond platinumz under his record label has also given his support to the youth who are passionate about the media or talented in music. He does this by giving them a platform that gives them the exposure they need.
Who would go back to their home and give his people medical covers? Well Diamond Platinumz did that too.
On his birthday this year, as a sign of appreciating the people that raised and blessed him, he provided 1000 people; health insurance, 100 women capital for their small scale businesses, repaired and put water tanks in 4 of our community primary schools in Tandale, 20 motorcycles to the young men in Tandale so they can use them for doing business, and gave Mama Evodia Nchimbi a Bajaj.. to a disabled lady.
Richness and generosity might not seem to be achievable or go hand in hand but Diamond Platinumz has proved possible.
