“These three teachers showed exemplary performance and went beyond the call of duty during the KCPE season.

“We sent them the special report commending them that was prepared by KNEC.

“We will be rewarding them as TSC and we will forward their names to the president to be considered for a Head of State Commendation,” Macharia announced.

Education Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed stated that there were no leakages in this year’s Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams and pointed out that the results are a pure reflection of hard work.

Speaking while releasing the examination results on Monday, Amina attributed this to the involvement by most government agencies in the exercise.

She called on parents, teachers and the community to take proper care of their children to avoid teenage pregnancies.

CS Amina also revealed that there will be only one selection for positions in secondary schools for this year’s candidates which will begin on 3rd December.All the best to the students in their Education Future.
