“The main suspect is a gun holder. He is a “government” by itself. Do you think he will be arraigned in court? I don’t believe it can happen, ” one resident told the one of the local dailies.

OCPD Peter Kimani said they also impounded materials used to roll the drug before it is distributed.

“The area has been insecure. Even students have been coming to his home to pick bhang. I commend the officers for a good job,” another resident said.

The Debate to legalize Marijuana in the country has been so rampant. The Kibera member of parliament has even opted to table a bill in parliament to consider legalizing of Marijuana in Kenya.

Other countries have legalized the use of Marijuana latest African country being South Africa.

The Canadian government is confident there will be enough marijuana to pass around despite concerns of a looming supply shortage as the nation rolls out legal sales next week. This comes after it joined countries such as Uruguay to legalize the use of Marijuana.

The government’s response comes amid worries about Canada’s readiness for legal pot. Only a handful of retail locations will be up and running on the first day of legal recreational sales, including one in British Columbia and none in Ontario, the largest province. British Columbia and Nova Scotia expect to receive fewer supplies than ordered from licensed producers amid lower crop yields and insufficient supplies of packing materials.
