Jacque Maribe was finally released from the walls of Langata women’s prison and somehow Kenyans have found a way of bringing Denis Itumbi into the story.
In fact according to majority of netizens, Itumbi is the biggest winner in the whole soap opera especially after judge Wakiaga denied Jacque Maribe’s boyfriend Joseph Jowie Irungu bail.

Itumbi has been publicly praying for Maribe and writing sweet love poems for her on social media. In all his posts, he has been fronting the idea that Maribe is innocent and should be freed on bail.
Ironically. the State House Director of Digital and Diaspora Communications has never said anything about Jowie.
Immediately after Maribe’s release, Itumbi moved to Facebook to thank everyone who has been praying for Jacque’s release.
“Asanteni kwa maombi. Whether prayers were Loud or silent, God has answered the prayers…
God favour each of you… May Justice like many waters flow…” Reads the post.
