Woman accused of intention to kill student over a body cream

A Form Two student was on Tuesday charged in court for allegedly attempting to stab a fellow student in Embu.

Appearing before Embu Senior Resident Magistrate Jean Ndengeri, the girl was charged with intention to commit a felony.

She denied the charge and was released on a bond of Ksh.10,000 with surety of similar amount.

The court was told that the girl carried a knife to school and was to use it to stab a fellow student with whom they had a disagreement over a body cream.

The girl had reportedly told other students that she would harm the student they had clashed with.

It is then that the other students reported the matter to the administration and the girl was found with a knife tacked under her skirt .

The case will be heard on November 6, 2018.
