Is Richard Quest visit to Kenya a way of promoting gayism?

CNN anchor Richard Quest jetted into the country on Monday and according to the international journalist he was impressed right from the time he arrived.

However, Quest was brave enough to speak on an issue that not so many Kenyans embrace it.

While speaking at an interview on Capital In the Morning, Quest was not afraid to speak about homosexuality

Quest who leaves in NewYork and London said that in both cities theres freedom and right to human rights including same sex relationship.

In his interview he said, “I am obviously going to be advancing an agenda that says there should be at least the decriminalization of same sexual activity. It is straight forward, I am not gonna mess around with that one. That is obviously my belief.”

In addition, he said that both NewYork and London attract since there are no restrictions.

In New York and London, there is nobody telling us that is wrong… that is not correct; that is against the law.”added Quest

“I do not for a moment, doubt the sincerity of those people who are against me on this issue. And I can respect their point of view, I merely say that in this day and age, if you want to suceed, if you want Kenya to be a thriving, vibrant modern economy, you are going to look at this in a different way and ask yourself what is it about these very successful places that we need to at least try to attract,” he said, “That is the way you do it. You let people live their lives, love who they want, and the way they wish.”

Richard Quest talk on gayism came months after president Kenya dismissed and vowed not to legalize same sex marriage in Kenya on an interview with CNN.

 

In addition the president said that Kenya will not be intimidated by the west over same sex marriages siting it is not biblical.

However his confession on Kenyan National radio did not please many here are some reactions
