President Uhuru Kenyatta has come out to state his position clearly on the fight against corruption. The President has said its better losing the corrupt friends than keeping them and letting them continue looting the people of Kenya.
President Uhuru Kenyatta said this while addressing small scale businesses in Kenya which have been neglected for a while and most of the cash required to supplement those businesses end up in the eyes of top government officials.

President Kenyatta said this with his government having received a lot of criticisms for borrowing to much and the same money is looted through his corrupt government officials.
The President is has insisted on everybody focusing and supporting his last tenure in achieving the the Big Four Agenda insisted on development and people being extra vigilant in exposing corrupt officials who he wont hesitate to send them home and punitive measures taken against them.

It has been recorded that Jubilee Government is among the most corrupt government. Numerous cases of corruption are still waiting in the courts . A lot of money have been laundered and siphoned mostly through tenders which the government offers.
The NYS scandal infiltrated a lot of cash and the case is still in the courts while perpetrators are walking freely. Maize Scandal , Health scandal , Eurobond scandal, all have happened in Uhuru Kenyatta’s reign. The President is keen to leave behind a legacy of development in the country which he insists to achieve he must cut away the corrupt officials who are anti-development.
President Uhuru Kenyatta have tough calls to make to ensure that he achieves his developments plans that is rooting away top government officials who are his closest allies to make it happen. Most people have raised eyebrows on hi Deputy President William Ruto for many corrupt cases are always linked to him though never proven.
The fight against graft also rolls back to the judiciary which is slow on handling cases of the same margins . The integrity of the judges is always wavering as most people have doubts on thei efficiency and upholding of the rule of law.
