Kenya Hold The Walya Antelopes of Ethiopia to A Barren Draw

Kenya’s harambee stars will be looking foward to the return leg of their clash against Ethiopia after holding the Walya Antelops to a barren draw in a closely contested match played at the fully packed Bahir Dar Stadium.

Ethiopia seem to have dominated the match until Coach Sebastian Migne brought in Paul Were. Were’s inclusion brought more energy upfront and enabled harambee stars attack more.

Ethiopia was hungry for goals compared to Harambee Stars with the Walya Antelops having 12 shots towards goal. Kenya only had 8 shots towards goal.

The two teams will meet for the return leg at Kasarani Stadium on the 14th of October at 4.00 Pm Local time.
