Kenyan today reacted to Kalonzo Musyoka’s political ambition after he revealed that he will not be a politician who only supports others running for the presidency.
The wiper party leader defended his support for the 8% VAT levy on fuel saying that it was the only way to secure development for Kenya. He also stated that despite what his other co principal Moses Wetangula had said NASA was still in existence and all that needed to happen was a meeting to iron out issues that may have arisen as a result of the handshake.
Kalonzo said that he did not support the swearing in because he believed that it would not be constitutional. He said that even Raila Odinga knew that he would take the oath alone and that the swearing in was misadvised.
In regard to 2022 elections, Kalonzo indicated that he would be on the ballot saying that he cannot be a professional running mate. He said that Kenyans should not expect him to offer his support for Odinga for the third time. He said however that only time would determine what his next move will be.
Some Kenyans reaction approved and showed support to Kalonzo’s speech yet others seemed to disagree.

Kalonzo is a Mr Nice. He should consider other diplomatic engagements. #newsnight

Kalonzo has no stand ever: he’s only fit to be a “spouse” (Deputy) of somebody. He only cares for his survival.
