Monica Nyawera Kimani’s father Paul Ngarama has tearfully sought for justice for her slain daughter saying the killers of her daughter have to face the full wrath of law.
On Thursday 27th September 2018 Monica’s family and friends converged at Mount Kenya University grounds in Thika for a mass in her honor.
The family has made a poster which had been hanged on one of the tents with Monica’s pictures and a message seeking for justice.
The body of Monica Kimani was found in a bathroom in her Kilimani apartment with the throat slit.
Police are continuing with investigations even as one suspect, Joseph Irungu aka Jowie who is journalist Jacque Maribe’s fiance remains in custody for the next 10 days.
