Real Madrid revenue hits a new record

In the 2017-18 season, Real Madrid’s revenue reached a record high of 750 million euros, which does not include the income of the players.

 

Compared with the previous 2016-17 season, Real Madrid’s revenue rose by 11.3%, an increase of 76.3 million euros. The team’s pre-tax profit also reached 43 million euros, after tax is 31.2 million euros.

Real Madrid also announced its expected income for the 2018-19 season, which will reach 752 million euros. The team also expects to receive a pre-tax profit of 43.2 million euros. This is also the third consecutive year that Real Madrid has made a profit.

On September 23, Real Madrid will hold a general meeting. At the conference, the team members will review the financial management of the club in the past year, and will also discuss the possibility of using external funds to repair the Bernabeu stadium.
