Kenyans have expressed their delight with the arrest of the formerNairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero. Kidero was arrested by detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission over alleged graft on Wednesday.
EACC confirmed the arrest on their official Twitter page. The commission said Kidero will be arraigned on Thursday before an anti-corruption Court alongside seven others. Kidero was under investigation over mismanagement of funds at the county when he served as governor.
