Family affair for Oli McBurnie ahead of long journey to Mexico

Scotland striker Oli McBurnie is happy to give something back to his parents by bringing them to watch their country in Mexico on Sunday morning.

The Swansea striker’s mum and dad watched their son pick up his third cap for his country in Peru during a 2-0 defeat on Tuesday night, and will be in place again in central America on Sunday.

After years of bringing the pair along to training and games as a youngster, the Swansea forward, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Barnsley, is happy to be repaying their faith.
