Arsenal has held talks with RB Leipzig as a winger Emil Forsberg agent regarding signing the Swedish star this summer.
Forsberg joined Leipzig in 2015 and the speculation over his future affected his form last season, where he scored just five in 27 matches.
“Thanks for everything’ after he was sent off in Leipzig’s clash with Hoffenheim in late April in what turned out to be Forsberg’s final appearance of the season,” Forsberg said.
The 26-year-old is rated at around £47 million and Arsenal has held talks with the player’s representatives over a move to the Emirates, according to Swedish publication Expressen
