There are invites you do not turn down for a second, but this South African entertainer did reject an invite to go watch American popstar Beyonce live performing.
South Africa’s Refiloe Maele Phoolo popularly known as Cassper Nyovest reject an invite to the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Music Festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California last month where Beyonce was performing live.
Taking to his twitter account Cassper stated that he could not go watch Beyonce as she performed, a chance that would have seen him meet the American popstar claiming he was on a work schedule which he termed as being self disciplined.
“I was invited to go Watch Beyoncé this weekend but I have to work. The crazy thing is, I was invited by the lead singer of one of the biggest bands in world, I probably would’ve met Beyonce through him. I almost packed my bags and left but the way my self-discipline is setup…..”
The event was later headlined Beyonce’s performance historic where she even reunited with her foermer destiny child colleagues for a performance.
