Gospel star Ringtone Apoko brought the internet into a stand still last week when he apparently bought a SUV range Rover to gift Ugandan Socialite and Diamiond’s ex wife Zari Hassan. Unfortunately Zari rejected the Range rover citing she had bought herself a new one and did not need one from Ringtone.
However, that did not discourage the gospel star to give up on Zari,while speaking to one of the local daily, Ringtone now vowed not only to win Zari’s heart but also prove to Kenyans that they are wrong in their thinking and perception about him.
In his statement Ringtone said
“Kenyans talk too much, they even said I don’t live in Runda and I was defaulting in rent payments. Even this one time will tell, I don’t have to convince anyone, I’m not a public institution,” said the controversial gospel singer.
He further added saying that he was not planning to quit fighting for Zari despite the rejection.
