The same Kenyan matatu that reportedly overturned along Langata Road, killing four in 2016, met yet another accident.
The matatu with registration number KCG 784M which was under the flagship of Wamasaa Investment Sacco overturned along Namanga Road, Kitengela, while trying to overlap. Luckily, no deaths were reported in the Thursday accident.
The same matatu was involved in an almost similar, though fatal accident in September 2016, where four passengers were killed and six were injured in the accident that police attributed to speeding.
This matatu, then plying the Ongata Rongai route, was reportedly banned off Kenyan roads but, as it now appears, it was revamped and switched routes.
